Complete contact information and either the Longarm Quilting Form or the T-shirt Quilt Form.

Plan Your Quilt

We will contact you to discuss your project details and determine the best approach for your quilt.  We will provide an estimate for services and timing of project completion. 

Step 3
Quilting Begins

Client sends written approval (via email) to proceed with the project and ships project to Crissie Quilts It.
